To report any inaccuracies in the directory or to file a complaint regarding your experience with a provider, contact Member Services at 1-80 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. The printed directory is current as of the date of publication. Kaiser Permanente Colorado attempts to ensure the online directory contains up-to-date information. This information is updated within 72 business hours of receipt from providers. Current provider information is available at kp.org/locations. To verify whether a provider accepts Kaiser Permanente plans, contact the provider directly. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. Information in this online directory is updated periodically and applies to commercial plans underwritten by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado.
